WHAT:  Press conference where leaders from the African-American, civil rights, faith-based, veterans and consumer advocacy communities will name 22 Members of Congress as "Punishers of the Poor" for their consistent votes against affordable energy in Congress.

 WHO:  Leaders from these organizations will join various Members of Congress to speak:

• Colorado Consumers for Affordable Energy
• Utah Consumers for Affordable Energy
